- Capable of conducting thorough residential home inspections

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive home inspections in accordance with state standards
- Generate detailed inspection reports using company software
- Communicate findings clearly to clients and agents
- Maintain professionalism during on-site inspections
- Follow company procedures and uphold service quality
- Manage schedule and routes efficiently
